* Custom decoration:
If your event requires specific decoration (weddings, baby showers, themed birthdays, etc.), this service will have an additional cost. A personalized quote will be provided based on your requirements.

* Additional hours:
If you wish to extend your rental time, each additional hour has a cost of $_. (Add your final price once defined.)

* Events outside the state of New York:
Events held outside New York State may incur extra charges for distance, mileage, tolls, and transportation. These fees will be calculated in advance and may be added to your package or charged separately.

* Minimum space required:
To ensure optimal performance, a minimum area of 8x8 ft is required for the platform and setup.

* Electricity needed:
The client must provide a functional 110V outlet close to the setup location.

* Setup and breakdown time:
Our team requires 20–30 minutes for setup and breakdown. This time is not deducted from the contracted rental hours.

* Venue conditions:
The area must be obstacle-free, dry, leveled, and safe for the equipment and guests.

* Reservation deposit:
A 30% deposit is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance must be paid before the activity begins.

* Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date based on availability.
